ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — One of two men wanted for a home invasion and assault on Lapey Street in October is now in jail.
Shane Swick, 27, was arrested in the 200 block of James Avenue on New Years Day.
Brothers Shane and Sebastion Swick were indicted on home invasion, aggravated battery and mob action charges on December 31.
On October 25th, 2019, Rockford Police say they responded to SwedishAmerican Hospital to meet with a 42-year-old assault victim, who said three people entered a home on Lapey Street and two of those men beat him.
There is an arrest warrant out for Sebastion Swick with a $250,000 bond.
Shane Swick is due in court on Thursday, January 2.
Both men face up to 35 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
