JANESVILLE, Wis. (WTVO) — 20-year-old Anthony Kreyer, of Beloit, was arrested Thursday for threatening another person with a gun when an argument got out of hand in a Walmart parking lot.

Janesville Police say they were called to the Walmart at 3800 Deerfield Drive around 6 p.m., where a white male suspect had been seen yelling at a woman in the parking lot.

Officers later learned the exchange began when the woman allegedly drove the wrong direction in the parking lot.

When a bystander attempted to intervene, witnesses told police Kreyer drew a weapon.

Later that evening, a patrol officer spotted Kreyer driving a vehicle on Palmer Drive, near East Racine Street, with another vehicle. Police say they recovered a .38 revolver belonging to one of Kreyer’s family members, in the second vehicle.

Kreyer was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct while Armed, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Possession of THC, and Possession of Drug Parahernalia.

21-year-old Eleany Castro, of Lake Mills, was also arrested and charged with Obstructing an Officer.
