ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A Rockford alderman is in the hospital.
The city shared that 11th Ward Alderman Toughie Quinones suffered a stroke earlier this week. He has reportedly been hospitalized since Tuesday.
Anyone in the 11th ward with an issue can contact the mayor’s office at this time.
