Rockford man arrested for residential burglary

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — 44-year-old Bobby Hare was arrested Tuesday for allegedly burglarizing a home on National Avenue in May.

Rockford Police say that Hare broke into a home in the 1700 block of National Avenue at 3:15 p.m. on Friday, May 24th, entering the house through a glass window on the door.

Once inside, police say Hare stole several electronics, money, jewelry, and other personal items from the household.

Rockford Police Detectives and Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office Detectives were able to identify Hare as a suspect, and arrested him on Tuesday, June 4th.

He is charged with Residential Burglary.

Hare was taken to the Winnebago County Jail and held on a $350,000 bond.
