ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police responded to the 3800 block of 11th St. last night, around 6 p.m, in reference to an aggravated battery.
According to officials, a male victim was riding his bike south in the 3800 block of 11th St, when a silver four door sedan rode past and fired several paintball pellets at him.
The victim was struck once in his face causing him to fall off of his bike.
The suspect in the vehicle fled west on Airport Drive, officials reported.
