Rockford Police respond to early morning shots fired

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — The Rockford Police Department responded to the 1600 block of 4th Avenue due to shots being fired.

The incident occurred Sunday, August 3rd, at 4:15 a.m., authorities said.

According to officials while responding a 25-year-old male victim walked into a local hospital with a non-threatening gunshot wound.
