ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford’s “Anything that Floats” race took place on Sunday, but residents could still get into the action even if making rafts is not their thing.
New for this year’s race, participants launched rubber ducks into the water. Residents could win prizes if their duck hit the moving target floating in the river.
