ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Drivers who traveled on Bypass 20 Monday morning probably noticed that something is a little different.
Traffic shifted from the westbound to the eastbound lanes from the Rock River to Alpine Road. Eastbound traffic can get to 11th Street, but not westbound.
Crews are making several road and lighting upgrades.
The project is scheduled to end on November 24.
