A Tennessee man was arrested on Saturday after allegedly pulling a gun on a couple wearing red “Make America Great Again” hats in a Sam’s Club.

57-year-old James Phillips was charged with first degree wanton endangerment after he pulled a gun on alleged Trump supporters inside a Bowling Green, Kentucky store.

Witnesses said Phillips told the woman “It’s a good day to die b—h,” according to the Bowling Green Police Department.

Police say surveillance footage obtained from the store didn’t show Phillips drawing a weapon on the couple, but does show him flipping them his middle finger. The footage also is said to show the MAGA-hat wearing man, identified as Terry Pierce, confronting Phillips.

Phillips does hold a concealed carry permit in Tennessee. Police said he was carrying a Glock .40 in his rear pocket and two extra magazines in his left cargo pocket.

Phillips claimed the Pierces were “harrassing” him when he left the store.

He was held in the Warren County Regional Jail on a $10,000 bond.
