A Rockford man has been arrested for allegedly dealing crack cocaine and heroin.

An undercover drug buy in a parking lot at S. Alpine and Harrison led to the arrest. Following that sting, police searched a home in the 4100 block of Beach Street in Rockford. There they found 504 grams of heroin and 405 grams of crack cocaine.

Authorities also recovered a handgun and seized two vehicles and cash.

Montel L. Glover, 24, of Rockford, was placed under arrest. He was already wanted by Rockford Police for a prior narcotics incident. He faces a long list of charges including possession with intent to deliver heroin and cocaine and resisting arrest.

The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Unit carried out the investigation and arrest.
