A Rockford man is seriously hurt after being shot multiple times on the city’s West Side.
Police responded to the area of Bayliss Avenue and Mulberry Street just before 2am.
The 24-year-old victim told police he was outside a house when people inside a passing vehicle began firing at him. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
