A DeKalb man is injured after overturning his semi while driving on a slush covered roadway in Ogle County.
Julian Campbell, 19, was northbound on Mulford Road north of Mowers Road when he lost control and overturned, eventually coming to a rest in a field. He was transported to Rochelle Community Hospital with minor injuries.
Campbell was briefly trapped in the overturned semi and a helicopter was requested to the scene.
Authorities encourage all motorists to drive cautiously as road conditions are not ideal.
