Non-Student Arrested for Making Bomb Threat to Freeport High School

Freeport Police have arrested a 21-year-old man for allegedly making a threat to blow up a Freeport School District building.

Roy L. Jones, who is not a student within the Freeport School District, is accused of making the threat on Monday. He was arrested on Wednesday.

Jones is charged with disorderly conduct, a felony. He faces up to five years in prison and at least at $3,000 fine.
