A Rockford-based bank will open another branch in neighboring Loves Park.
Northwest Bank plans to build a 12,000 sq. ft. facility at the corner of Perryville and Broadcast Parkway. Construction is expected to wrap up by the fall.
“It gives us an opportunity to hire,” said President/CEO Tom Walsh. “We think this new facility will add probably 10 jobs or possibly even more.”
The new location will be Northwest’s fifth in the area and its second in Loves Park.
