A 53-year-old man is dead and another injured after a fatal crash in Rock County.
Janesville Police say around 8:13 a.m. Monday, a 62-year-old driver was heading north on County Highway G when he lost control of his vehicle while crossing an icy bridge. His vehicle slid into the southbound lane, striking another vehicle head on.
A 53-year-old man in the second vehicle was taken to a hospital in Janesville where he was pronounced dead.
The 62-year-old driver was taken to Beloit Memorial Hospital and is said to be in stable condition.
The crash is under investigation.
