‘Operation: Fallen Flag’ truck to replace flags for veterans

Something called the ‘Glory Truck’ is set to make its appearance throughout the Stateline to bring unity to veterans of the armed services, young and old.

Organizers of the truck say it is meant to help veterans who battle PTSD, by passing by veteran’s homes or businesses.

The truck comes by and replaces US flags.

“The truck is filled with the touch of veterans, all kinds of veterans are part of that truck,” said Nick Parnello, the founder of Operation Fallen Flag. “It’s not my truck, it’s our truck. The whole community.”

Parnello adds that he has already received some inquiries from vets who want the Glory Truck to be stationed in front of their business.
