Police ask public’s help to identify suspect wanted for identify theft at Kohl’s

The Janesville Police Department are asking the public for help identifying a man who opened an account at Kohl’s in someone else’s name and charged $1,000 worth of merchandise.

The suspect, pictured, entered the Kohl’s Department Store on July 13th at approximately 8:30 p.m. and opened an account in the name of someone who lives in another state, without their permission.

After the account was opened, the suspect allegedly purchased $1,000 worth of merchandise.

Anyone who can identify the individual is asked to call Janesville Police at 608-755-3100.
