The Rock County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrests of four people following an ongoing heroin dealing investigation out of Beloit.
On Tuesday, officers executed a search warrant at a house in the 1600 block of Sixth Street. Inside, they found 40 grams of heroin, 16 grams of THC, $1,000 cash and a handgun.
As a result, Charreese Long, 25, and Capresha Handley, 22, were arrested for delivery of heroin and maintaining a drug house. They are also charged for possession and intent to deliver THC. Two other men, Marquavies Quince, 21, and Richard Fisher, 26, were arrested at the scene for unrelated outstanding warrants.
Long, Handley and Quince will make appearances in Rock County court on Thursday.
