New numbers released Tuesday show it remains a good time to sell a house in Rockford.
The three-month average price of a home sold in Rockford rose nearly 18% since last November, up from $108,000 to $128,000.
A total of 292 homes were sold in Winnebago, Boone and Ogle Counties last month. That’s a 12% increase from this time last year.
