Rockford man charged for armed robbery to Charles Street Walgreens

54-year-old Quintin Beasley has been arrested and charged in connection to a robbery to the Charles Street Walgreens store last week.

On Tuesday, February 26th, shortly after 5 a.m., Rockford Police say a male suspect, armed with a knife, threatened a 42-year-old clerk and demanded money.

Detectives identified Beasley and served a warrant for his arrest on Saturday, March 2nd, when he was spotted walking on Wills Avenue near 11th Street.

Beasley was lodged in the Winnebago County Jail.
