Rockford Police Searching for Two Suspected Heroin Dealers

A several month investigation has led to charges against two suspected heroin dealers, both of whom remain at large.

Rockford Police say two separate investigations have led to drug charges against the following men.

  • 34-year-old Shawn Tyus of Rockford for Delivery of Heroin within 1000 ft. of public housing authority property.  His bond once in custody has been set at $300,000.
  • 33-year-old Robert Jefferson on charges of Delivery of Heroin with his bond set at $350,000.

Police ask anyone with information on their whereabouts to contact the Investigations Bureau (779-500-6551) or Crime Stoppers (815-963-7867).
