Roscoe family shows pride for this year’s Chicago Bears

It’s been quite some time since Bears fans are able to get excited about a team that looks this good. Philip Rhymer has been waiting since 2010 to pull out this yard display that he built with his own hands. Rhymer is ecstatic to show his Bears pride.

“The day after Christmas I gave Santa his due,” said Rhymer. “I had 9 reindeer and a Santa out there. I pulled him off the lawn the day after Christmas and put this up and I’ve heard nothing but good responses from it.”

Three generations of Bears fans are excited to see what Sunday’s game brings, and cheer on their favorite players like Khalil Mack and Mitch Trubisky.

“Khalil Mack, I mean, he’s big,” said Rhymer’s grandson Adrian Lucas. “He’s quick and he’s really cool too.”

But for this Roscoe diehard fan, his display may not be quite finished yet.

“If we continue to win, I may add on to the display for every game we win just to keep the momentum going,” said Rhymer.

In order for the Bears to win the second seed and guarantee them a week 1 one bye in the playoffs, Chicago has to beat Minnesota. Also, the San Francisco 49ers have to beat a tough Las Angeles Rams team.
