Cherry Valley, Ill. — Sears announced it will close dozens of Sears and Kmart stores across the country in 2019. The anchor store at the CherryVale mall is on the list.
It’s all part of its process to accelerate its strategic transformation and financial restructuring.
The company says they’ve notified employees at 80 stores that they’ll be closing by March.
