Shedd Aquarium offering free admission to Illinois residents

Chicago’s Shedd Aquarium will be open free to Illinois residents for select days in January and February, 2019.

The museum will offer free admission from January 17th – 21st, and in February will free Mondays through Fridays all month long.

Illinois residents must show a valid ID to receive free general admission.

The museum is located at 1200 S. Lake Shore Dr. in Chicago.
