Shopko announced 139 additional closings on Wednesday, including its location in Beloit.

A lawsuit by a pharmaceutical company forced Shopko to file for bankruptcy.

McKesson Corporation filed a complaint against Shopko to stop selling its products in their stores because Shopko owes them more than $67 million, WBAY reports.

McKesson said they haven’t received payment for the products since November and asked a judge this week to block the sales of their drugs at Shopko pharmacies.

Shopko has since announced the closure of stores across the U.S.
