Six people arrested for burglary in rural Boone County

The Boone County Sheriff announced the arrest of six people connected to a burglary that occurred in rural Boone County.

Police say they responded to a buglary call in the 10000 block of Loveridge Road in Garden Prairie, where multiple tools and tractor parts had been stolen from an outbuilding.

After a six week investigation, detectives were able to obtain arrest warrants for six people. Investigators say most of the property stolen was recovered.

Jordan Bush, 19, of Belvidere, (pictured) was charged with one count of Burglary.

Christopher Hernes, 20, of Belvidere, (pictured) was charged with one count of Burglary.

Anthony Schulter, 18, of Sycamore, (pictured) was charged with one count of Burglary.

Joseph Merema, 18, of Sycamore, was charged with one count of Burglary.

Two juveniles, a male and a female, were charged with one count of Burglary and one count of Theft.

Police say additional charges are possible.
