BYRON, Ill. (WTVO) — A Byron woman celebrated her 103rd birthday Sunday.
Josephine Chirillo and her loved ones celebrated the historic birthday with a party at Generations at Neighbors.
She says God is to thank for her 103 years of life.
“Today is a day of celebration, not tomorrow. Tomorrow’s too late. Salvation is today,” said Chirillo.
Another Generations at Neighbors resident surpassed 100 years old in January as well.
