28-year-old Ross Ellis was arrested Monday on two counts of criminal sexual assault against two minors.
The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office says an investigation into Ellis began on Saturday, January 5th after allegations that he had sexual contact with two minors in the Stillman Valley area.
Ellis was taken to the Ogle County Jail and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
