Suspect in grocery store robbery wanted by Beloit Police

BELOIT, Wis. (WTVO) — Beloit Police are asking the public to help them identify the man who robbed Tex’s Grocery on Thursday afternoon.

Police say the man used a gun to rob the store, located at 1909 St Lawrence Avenue, around 3 p.m.

No one was injured in the robbery.

The suspect is described as a white male with brown hair, 5’8″, average build, wearing an orange Puma sweatshirt and dark colored jeans.

Anyone with information on the crime is asked to contact police at 608-757-2244.
