Suspect sought by police for early Monday stabbing attack

JANESVILLE - Janesville Police are searching for Shedrick Baldwin, 27, as the suspect in a stabbing Monday morning that left a victim suffering from life-threatening wounds.

The victim was able to call police who responded to the stabbing incident in the 2000 block of Morningside Drive. The victim was found laying in the street suffering from multiple stab wounds. 

Baldwin is currently wanted on a Department of Corrections warrant in addition to pending attempted homicide charges.
