A 19-year-old teenager who was hurt in a car crash on March 31st has succumbed to his injuries.
The crash happened around 2am on Saturday, March 31st on Dorner Road, about a half mile west of STH 213. Police say Skylair Buckham, 21, drove into a ditch and struck a tree. Investigators say he then ran off, but was taken into custody hours later in Green County. Buckham’s now charged with OWI and hit and run.
The passenger in the car, Lukas Allen of Stoughton, Wisconsin, suffered severe head injuries and survived until April 12th.
