The Discovery Center Museum will be welcoming Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends to a new exhibit on January 12th.
The exhibit at the Discovery Center serves as the first time the Thomas & Friends exhibit will be in Illinois.
The 1500 square foot exhibit recreates locations from the Nickelodeon series, including Knapford Station, Sodor Steamworks, and more.
Children can dress up as a train conductor and help Thomas and friends, including Percy, Victor, and others, solve a variety of challenges, fix moveable parts, flip switches, load luggage and freight, load coal and fill tanks with water.
Admission to the exhibit is $11 for adults and children, $1 for museum members.
The exhibit will remain open until May 12th.
