Three men are facing charges in connection to a Northern Illinois University student’s death. Police believe they sold the 19 year old the drugs he took just before falling to his death from a dormitory window.
20-year-old Michael Kielhack, and 19-year-olds Michael Z. Montgomery and Thomas P. Quirke all face a charge of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. All three were arrested just days ago and have since posted bond which means they are no longer in the DeKalb County Jail.
Kielhack, Montgomery, and Quirke are accused of providing Oluwarotimi Okedina with the drugs found in his system the night of his death. The 19 year old fell to his death from the 11th floor of the Stevenson Towers residence hall back on September 26th.
Toxicology reports from the autopsy detected both LSD and marijuana in his system.
