Three men face federal arson charges after investigators say they tried to blow up a pickup truck.

Jason Vanduyn, Brian Burd, and Robert Warmoth are all charged with one count of arson and one count of conspiracy to commit arson.  The indictment alleges Vanduyn recruited Burd and Warmoth to help him after getting into a fight with the truck owner on June 7, 2015.

Investigtors say Vanduyn wanted to get revenge.  The three found the truck near Theodore Street in Loves Park.  Officials say Burd smashed the window and placed an explosive in the truck.  No one was hurt when the bomb went off.

If convicted, all three men face a minimum of five years in prison.
