Three men attempting to rob a northeast Rockford home are scared off after an alarm system goes off inside the home.
Rockford Patrol Officers arrived at the home in the 2000 block of Bradley Road around 6 p.m. Video recovered from a surveillance system installed at the home revealed that three White or Hispanic males approached the back of the home, noticed the doors were locked, then one of the suspects broke a window and crawled inside.
Once inside, an audible alarm sounded and all three suspects fled without stealing anything.
The suspects are described as follows:
- White or Hispanic male, wearing a blue shirt, Chicago Bulls hat and red gloves
- White or Hispanic male, wearing a light colored shirt with longer hair
- White or Hispanic male, wearing a dark colored shirt with short hair
