University of Illinois announces free tuition for qualifying in-state students


The University of Illinois announced on Monday that they would cover tuition and fees for up to four years for qualified in-state students.

Illinois residents under the age of 24 with a family income of $61,000 or less, and family assets less than $50,000, are eligible.
