Victim in Wednesday’s fatal motorcycle crash in Beloit identified

BELOIT, Wis. (WTVO) — The Rock County Medical Examiner has identified 32-year-old Harvey Lee Keller, of Rockford, as the man killed in a collision of two motorcycle riders Wednesday night. The second rider lost a foot in the crash.

Beloit Police say the accident occurred at 11:57 p.m. on Gateway Boulevard near South Turtle Town Hall Road.

The 32-year-old died at the scene, and the other rider, a 30-year-old man from Rockford, lost his right foot in the crash.

Police are looking to speak with a third individual who may have witnessed the accident, and are asking that they contact police at 608-757-2244.

The Wisconsin State Patrol is handling the accident reconstruction investigation.
