36 babies due to nurses of Midwest hospital

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WTVO) — Nurses at Children’s Mercy Hospital are experiencing a massive baby boom, as officials say 36 babies are expected by nurses of the Intensive Care Nursery.

Of the 20 babies born so far, only two are girls.

In a Facebook post, the hospital said, “Our Intensive Care Nursery nurses spend their days and nights with little ones from across the Midwest who need the most advanced care. They’ve also had a baby boom of their own!”
