Winnebago County Sheriff’s Police arrest the man they say was caught on camera robbing a gas station.
This is the security image they released the day after the Express Mobil on 11th Street was robbed. A man can clearly be seen with a gun and the cash register drawer in his hand.
That man is believed to be John Murphy, who investigators say is a known Satan Disciple gang member. He faces several felony charges, including an armed hijacking charge to get the car he used in the robbery.
