A local Culver’s restaurant is looking to make a difference in their community.

The Culver’s in Winnebago, at 807 Cannell-Puri Ct., will donate part of all sales Monday night to Grace Maschmeyer, a Winnebago Middle School students who is battling leukemia. Proceeds will help cover the costs of her treatment and home care.

“We’re proud to call Winnebago home and doing our part to help just feels right,” said Nichole Smith, co-owner of the Winnebago Culver’s. “We strive to make a difference in the community we share with so many others, and working with #TeamGrace allows us to that and help out one of the families in our area.”

50% of all sales from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday night will go towards Grace’s expenses.
