A Winnebago man is charged with distributing child pornography.
Attorney General Lisa Madigan announced today that Patrick Daigle, 33, was charged with three counts of dissemination of child pornography, which is punishable by up to six to 30 years in prison.
A search of Daigle’s residence in the 4200 block of Westlake Village Drive yielded child pornography. State’s Attorney Joe Bruscato will prosecute the case.
This is the 78th arrest since Madigan launched “Operation Glass House” in August 2010 to investigate the most active child pornography traders in Illinois.
