Ice jams are causing the Rock river to rise in Rock County.
The Sheriff’s Dept. told Eyewitness News the water level rose a foot in just the past 24 hours. Officials say it’ll continue to rise due to the ice jams. They’re paying particular attention to the river in Afton, which is most at risk right now for minor flooding.
