Wisconsin man arrested for 4th felony OWI offense

An Evansville man was arrested for his fourth OWI offense after deputies found his car stuck in a ditch.

The Rock County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a report of a vehicle runoff in the 1400 block of West Golf Air Drive in Union Township on Saturday, May 18th at 9:52 p.m. Deputies found Martin C. Hull, 58, attempting to remove his car from a ditch. 

Deputies observed signs of impairment and administered standardized field sobriety tests. Hull was arrested for operating while intoxicated, making it his fourth felony OWI offense

Hull is being held at the Rock County Jail.
