Wisconsin Man Throws Drugs Out Car Window, Arrested for 4th OWI

A man is taken into custody in Janesville after police spot him driving recklessly, then throwing baggies of drugs out of his car window.

Authorities attempted to pull a driver over in the area of Parker Drive and E. Court Street early Sunday morning. The suspect then fled police for three blocks while throwing items out of this window. Those items were eventually recovered, and found to be five grams of cocaine and three grams of methamphetamine.

The suspect then stopped for police and was arrested without incident.

He has been identified as Nicholas Lavore, 35, of Westfield, Wisconsin. He has been charged with felony fleeing, possession with intent to deliver and operating while intoxicated. It’s Lavore’s 4th OWI offense.
