Hononegah edges Harlem in NIC-10 baseball duel

Hononegah maintained a share of first place in the NIC-10 baseball race by holding off third place Harlem 3-1 Friday.

Hononegah starter Aren Gustafson struck out six Huskies in six scoreless innings of work.
Casey Sauter and Gabe Roessler delivered RBI singles and Brandon Sayles made a spectacular diving grab in center field for the Indians.

Hononegah improves to 19-7 overall, 13-1 in the conference. Harlem is 13-9, 10-4.
