Blackhawks legend Hull meets with fans in Rockford

Blackhawks legend Bobby Hull spent a few hours in Rockford Saturday afternoon.

The Hall of Famer stopped by The Collector’s Bench in downtown Rockford to meet fans, sign autographs, and take pictures. Hull enjoys taking the time out to meet with the Blackhawks biggest fans.

“I think it’s very important that we rub shoulders with our fans, and keep them involved in our game,” says Hull. “They’re very important people.”

Hull, 79, won two MVP awards, and helped lead the Blackhawks to a Stanley Cup Championship in 1961.
