Fred Van Vleet might soon be considered one of the best three-point threats in the NBA the way he’s going.
Van Vleet sank three of four attempts from behind the arc Tuesday night helping the Toronto Raptors hold off the Denver Nuggets 114-110. Van Vleet has made 15 of his last 26 three-point attempts.
The Rockford native scored 15 points in this game tying him for team high honors. He also added four assists in a little more 24 minutes of action.
For the season now Van Vleet is averaging 8.7 points per game and he’s shooting 41.4% from behind the arc.
