Harlem Bowling Wins State


The Harlem boys bowling team goes all the way this season and wins the State Championship over conference rival Hononegah.

The Huskies knocked down nearly thirteen-hundred pins over the weekend, 184 more than the second place Indians.

East finished fifth in their first appearance at state, and Freeport finished seventh.

Hononegah’s Brandon Mooney was the only local bowler to finish in the the top-five individually. Mooney finished fourth overall.
