OREGON, Ill. (WTVO/WQRF) — The 2023 Oregon girls basketball tip-off tournament continued Thursday night. We pick things up in round one with a game between Pecatonica and Genoa-Kingston.
Pec kept rolling with a 46-25 win. Elaina Rager led the team with 13 points, Kianna Degner and Amani Boyd were right behind her with 7 points.
