DAKOTA, Ill. (WTVO/WQRF) — A few local area teams took the field Saturday afternoon to open up the 2023 high school football season. Dakota was one of them, they hosted the Fisher Bunnies.

New head coach Eric Didesch and his Indians were in full control of this one, winning 48-12.
